meiika is a small, independent studio. Part of the work is looking at processes until we find where they get stuck; the other part is making sure what we build reaches the people who need it. That is why what we design starts from real problems, not from a technical demo.
Processes, customer service, design and digital transformation.
I have spent more than a decade working in customer service and, almost everywhere, I have ended up as the person in charge of optimising processes: where I see friction, I look for the solution and the improvement. Optimisation is my strong suit, and that outlook is the basis for agents such as S.A.R.A., L.E.O. and D.A.N.I. For me, organisation is the key to keeping everything flowing, which is why projects like Serenity bring together everything needed to make day-to-day work comfortable.
I studied advertising graphic design, which is why I care that what we build looks good and is easy to understand, not only to those in production but to the customer. Without customers there is no flow and no growth, so the experience has to be simple and pleasant from the very first second.
Later I took the leap into training and specialisation in digital transformation and in implementing intelligent processes and tools. It opened up a new way to give my creativity free rein and to solve friction.
Driving and growing businesses profitably is what motivates me most. I work with a strategic, entrepreneurial mindset and look for opportunities with an omnichannel vision, connecting marketing with the business: more sales, more efficient processes and a better customer experience.
I apply marketing and sales strategies and draw on broad knowledge of digital environments, ecommerce, artificial intelligence and technology. My profile is that of a chief marketing officer (CMO), with a way of working centred on the customer and on data.
I also bring experience in project management, people development and leading results-oriented teams. At meiika I make sure that what we build reaches the right people and that the journey can be measured and improved.
